What's on my plate: Egg whites, with red pepper flakes and siracha.
In my cup: extremely cold coconut milk (I freeze it for a few min before serving). Not pictured: a banana that I split with Mika.
For me, it's all about the health. I eat what I eat to be healthy. And right now it is about experimenting. I'm not sure what I like yet, but I'm learning and trying.
If you have any suggestions, let me know. I'll be willing to try it.
