Tea of the Month // Kava Stress Relief Tea

I absolutely love this tea, everything about it except the smell. I'm very touch and go with smells and the tea bag itself bothers me. But, when I drink it, I absolutely love the taste of it. Kind of a weird mix.

Normally I drink this before I get into a yoga session and help use it for my daily relaxation. I truly enjoy it.

Let's talk about the best creation on earth: a keurig or any single serve appliance for that matter. When you drink as much tea as i do but it's only you drinking it; or if you are making hot cocoa, tea and coffee its really nice. I also had a coffee pot at one point, but it always was wasted, sadly. So, I recommend buying one of these (or one relatively like it) to start using. It's super convenient. It's probably my favorite "kitchen" appliance. I kind of want one for my studio, save me the time walking down stairs (; Anyways, it's fantastic. 

The coffee is for friends and family that come visit, I'm not a huge coffee drinker unless its a latte or a fru-fru drink.

 Two teabags, because I like it extra strong. Yum.

Mika loves to photo bomb often, I keep trying to get her to move, but she is begging because she thinks I have food (: Love her.

Little Things...

I enjoy taking random snapshots throughout the day. 

Here's some from yesterday:

 We have an aspiring maple tree in our front yard. He is just a baby, but is already taller than the house, thinner than average, though.

 I wish I could've captured the steam coming from that little hole. I've been experimenting with beans lately. I've bought a bag of dried beans and I either have to boil them or let them soak overnight.

 My first time having chai tea. Surprisingly. I still don't know if I liked it. I guess that means I need to try it a few more times.

Weekend Fun

I know this post is a few days late, but it's better now than never.

I absolutely love tea, I drink it all the time. That, and coffee.

  This weekend, my sister, my mom and I all ran a race. We, also all placed. I used to run races all the time and this was my first one in about a year. Honestly, I felt miserable. Haha, but I'll get better. I just want to be skinny again!

We also went to Universal! I drank too much Butter Bear, and I got too sick. But it was a fun time.

Cooking is just one of those things that I love and that I will post a lot about food. Love love love it
