Dog Days Are Over // Dog Park

2. My favorite thing about having house showings, is having to escape from the house with the dogs. So, what do we do? We go to the local dog park. They run and run and run and run some more and come home completely exhausted and pretty much sleep the rest of the day. I think its a fantastic thing for a dog to do, get exercise. If you have a dog and a local dog park make sure your pooches meet it. They will probably, more than likely, without a shadow of a doubt, make some friends. Whether dog or human. It's also a great opportunity to soak up some Vitamin D, meet new people and talk about your dogs just because you can. A lot of the people that go to the dog parks think very highly of their dogs and love to talk about them and also like to learn a little bit about your dog. It's a great place for dogs and dog lovers. So, I recommend it. Have you every brought your dog to the dog park? How much did they like it? Also, doesn't Mika look absolutely adorable and absolutely exhausted in this photo? She kind of got irritated with me because I woke her up.

Rainy Days // Sunny Umbrella

This is my absolute favorite umbrella. I got this and several unique home things from Jack Threads, which is Cody's favorite online store. It has a lot of neat things, it's mainly for men and it's kind of like fab.com in the way it's set up. Long story short, great website and awesome umbrella.

Growing up, my bestfriend always called me Sunshine, so when I found this umbrella, I thought it was absolutely perfect

What I'm wearing: 1. Dress from target 2. Tights from target 3. rainboots, and I don't remember where from (probably target).

Little Things...

I enjoy taking random snapshots throughout the day. 

Here's some from yesterday:

 We have an aspiring maple tree in our front yard. He is just a baby, but is already taller than the house, thinner than average, though.

 I wish I could've captured the steam coming from that little hole. I've been experimenting with beans lately. I've bought a bag of dried beans and I either have to boil them or let them soak overnight.

 My first time having chai tea. Surprisingly. I still don't know if I liked it. I guess that means I need to try it a few more times.

 The sun going down while I was walking Mika yesterday. I really love this photo.
