I love breakfast. It's one of my favorite meals to create different things to eat.
Number 1, of course, has hot sauce involved. Two eggs with bread and cheese and my zen tea.
This is the best, just like this. Sliced bananas (that I share with Mika-their her favorite) granola with yogurt on top. I use the Special K granola when I don't have any of my own (which I'll put on here soon!). It's the perfect light breakfast when I really don't feel like eating but need to. And of course, tea.
My 3rd favorite is an Herbalife shake, of course. The only time I really eat this for breakfast is when I am in a hurry or I know I'm going to need to save my meal for something else. My favorite is the Latte one or the Cookies and Cream. Yum!
