To start you will need:
hot sauce (if you like it)
Coat your pan in the fat of your choosing (I use coconut oil) and turn on the heat. Use medium heat as not too cook it too fast or burn your bread. Tear a hole in the center of your bread or use a cookie cutter if you have one and place the bread with the hole in it on the pan. Crack the egg and place it in the hole of the bread. Cook thoroughly on both sides.
For the avocado spread, mash a avocado and mix some garlic in with it. I only use half an avocado for one piece of toast and I store the rest for another morning.
Spread avocado spread on the toast, eat and enjoy!
